Orders received on a public holiday will be shipped out the next working day. Orders received later in the evening on the eve of a public holiday will also be shipped out on the next working day. For orders within Peninsular Malaysia (via Standard Postage), please anticipate delivery between 3-5 working days. Meanwhile for Sabah and Sarawak between 5-7 working days.

All return item(s) are subject to quality control inspection and approval. Please ensure that the item(s) is not detached, unworn, unwashed and return in the exact condition upon purchased I. e. plastic/tag attached or else HLI will not entertain.
Sale / Discounted item(s) are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Exchange item(s) will be picked by team HLI based on product availability. Therefore, purchaser will have to bare the cost of the exchange.

Refund will be made when the item(s) has arrived to Hijab Luxe lnspired, HLI (address will be provided). Only the total amount paid is refunded.
All successful refunds will be processed back within three (3)days in terms of Credit VOUCHER, will be valid for thirty (30) days to offset your online purchase at our website.
