Pre-order items which are not in hand and therefore, have to wait three (3) weeks to receive the items.
BEFORE ORDERING, PLEASE READ THE RULES & REGULATIONS AS BELOW:
- All pre-orders require deposit 50% to be made once confirmed order.
- Please note that due to the nature of pre-order items, we will not be accepting cancellations.
- We cannot guarantee a specific or an exact ship date. However, we will ensure your orders will be ship the moment they are available.
- Sometimes the ordered items will arrive later than three (3) weeks due to several factors (eg. customs)
- Please do not order if you are unable to wait.
- If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, ALL items will be shipped at once when all pre-ordered items are available.
- Balance 50% payment shall be paid within 48 hours after you received WhatsApp message from us.
- Once you place an order with us, it means that you are willing to accept these terms & conditions.
